Acea M. Mosey, Esq

As founder and managing partner, Ms. Mosey has a lifelong commitment to the Buffalo and Western New York area. Her strong roots in the area have led her to building a practice that is a pillar of legal counsel and support to the businesses and residents of this community. Her experience in the highest levels of law started early in her career when she interned for Supreme Court Justice, the Honorable Barbara Howe. From there, her journey saw her being appointed the Erie County Public Administrator by the Surrogate Court of Erie County. As such, Ms. Mosey developed extensive experience in handling estates in every imaginable situation. She also has a depth of expertise in Real Estate, both commercial and residential. She negotiated real estate transactions of all sizes and complexity from the construction of hotels to the sale of family homes.

Serving on numerous boards and committees, Ms. Mosey is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the quality of life in our community. Mosey Associates is built on her commitment to being an advocate for those who need a strong voice to speak up for them and protect their rights.
